Life and Liberty Legislative Agenda:

Religious and Civil Liberties Plank

The leftists are constantly working to take away our religious and civil liberties by laws and executive orders that force us to violate our deeply held religious and moral convictions such as allowing men to compete in women’s sports, to go into women’s locker rooms or by restricting the freedom of speech rights of counselors speaking with gender-confused children.

Our liberties are also threatened by unchecked executive powers that have ruled us for over a year now. These executive orders and declarations of emergency have destroyed small businesses and the Massachusetts economy.

They have also been unequally applied and have severely limited our freedom of religion and freedom of association.

Well, we’re fighting back! We’ve worked with common-sense legislators to file bills as part of our Life and Liberty Legislative Agenda.

These bills are:

HD 3468, the Religious Liberty Protection Act, prohibits government discrimination or action against any person, business or organization based on a religious belief or moral conviction regarding marriage or the immutable biological sexes of male and female.

HD 3855, Freedom to Counsel Act, permits therapists to treat gender confusion in children through discussion therapy.

HD 1765 and HD 2064, Stop the Abuse of Power (SAP) Act, states that no declaration of emergency or emergency executive order under the Civil Defense Act may last more than 30 days without a three-fifths, roll-call vote of the House and Senate to continue it and the House and Senate must re-approve any declaration of emergency or executive order every 30 days thereafter.

HD 3467, U.S. Founding Principles Graduation Requirement Act, no student may graduate from high school unless they demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of the founding principles of the United States of America.  The standards for this requirement must be based on original source documents such as the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, the Mayflower Compact, and the Magna Carta.

These legislators and their legislation need your support!  They need you to ask your legislators to co-cosponsor these bills, and the deadline is tomorrow, Friday, February 26th!

Please take 30 seconds to send your legislators an email asking them to co-sponsor HD 3468, the Religious Liberty Protection Act, HD 3855, Freedom to Counsel Act, HD 1765 and HD 2064, Stop the Abuse of Power (SAP) Act, and HD 3467, U.S. Founding Principles Graduation Requirement Act, today!

Co-sponsor Religious and Civil Liberties

Dear Representative and Senator,

Our religious and civil liberties are ever increasingly being eroded by laws and executive orders that force us to violate our deeply held religious and moral convictions or restrict us from our God-endowed rights of religious and civil liberties.

That\'s why I\'m writing to ask you to co-sponsor legislation to stop this erosion and to protect our religious and civil liberties.

These bills are:

HD 3468, the Religious Liberty Protection Act, prohibits government discrimination or action against any person, business or organization based on a religious belief or moral conviction regarding marriage or the immutable biological sexes of male and female,

HD 3855, Freedom to Counsel Act, permits therapists to treat gender confusion in children through discussion therapy,

HD 1765 and HD 2064, Stop the Abuse of Power (SAP) Acts, states that no declaration of emergency or emergency executive order under the Civil Defense Act may last more 30 days without a three-fifths, roll-call vote of the House and Senate to continue it and the House and Senate must reapprove any declaration of emergency or executive order every 30 days thereafter,

HD 3467, U.S. Founding Principles Graduation Requirement Act, states that no student may graduate from high school unless they demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of the founding principles of the United States of America. The standards for this requirement must be based on original source documents such as the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, the Mayflower Compact, and the Magna Carta.

Please stand up for religious and civil liberties by co-sponsoring these bills.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
